Expert Learning & Development (m/f/d)

Strategically advise, enable development: You support leaders at European level in all L&D-relevant issues and support them in the implementation of our L&D product portfolio – from succession and talent management to team developments that keep our organization moving in the long term. Developing programs for leadership and talents: You design and implement tailor-made talent and leadership development programs, align them with Wilo's strategic goals and create learning opportunities that strengthen our specialists and executives. Developing learning landscape: You develop the regional learning offering on strategically relevant topics – such as artificial intelligence – and actively participate in projects to digitize the regional learning landscape so that learning at Wilo becomes even smarter and more efficient. Creating, organizing and moderating internal L&D events, creating effective learning spaces and acting as an interface to HR Germany and Global HR. You will work with interdisciplinary and cross-regional HR projects and ensure that regional activities and global initiatives are interlocking. Control effectiveness: You further develop relevant KPIs, monitor their development and derive concrete measures to optimize our L&D portfolio, so that the contribution of Learning & Development in the company becomes transparent and effective.

Learning expertise with substance: You have completed university studies – for example in business psychology or a comparable subject – and bring multi-year professional experience in the field of learning & development, ideally in a dynamic, internationally shaped environment. Professionally sound development competence: You have completed professional training with appropriate certification – for example a coaching training, a qualification in systemic consulting or a comparable training – and use this know-how specifically in your L&D work. Conception & capacity: You have proven design strength, combine design joy with high implementation orientation and translate complex topics into practical, effective learning solutions with sustainable added value. Holistic & innovative thinking: You consider new topics holistic, question existing approaches constructively and develop pragmatic solutions. Creative thinking, a good look for trends and innovations in the L&D environment, as well as interest in future topics such as digitalization and AI. Advice competence at eye level: You bring high consulting skills and empathy in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, act safely at different hierarchical levels and create trust – an important basis for learning to develop real impact in the company. Communication & team spirit: You communicate clearly and convincingly in German and English, moderate securely in presence and virtually, like working in the team and using the exchange to learn from each other and actively lift synergies.
