Strategically advise, enable development: You support leaders at European level in all L&D-relevant issues and support them in the implementation of our L&D product portfolio – from succession and talent management to team developments that keep our organization moving in the long term. Developing programs for leadership and talents: You design and implement tailor-made talent and leadership development programs, align them with Wilo's strategic goals and create learning opportunities that strengthen our specialists and executives. Developing learning landscape: You develop the regional learning offering on strategically relevant topics – such as artificial intelligence – and actively participate in projects to digitize the regional learning landscape so that learning at Wilo becomes even smarter and more efficient. Creating, organizing and moderating internal L&D events, creating effective learning spaces and acting as an interface to HR Germany and Global HR.
