Construction Manager Inner-City Development (m/f/d)

Construction monitoring of infrastructure measures in the field of urban development, pipe and cable engineering and road construction Coordination of construction activities and participation in the monitoring of the plants, e.g. gas, water, electricity, heat and road construction (disposal of gas lines, drinking water lines, electricity and district heating lines) Secure quality and appointments as well as control on-site work Documentation of the construction process as well as participation in billing and follow-up tests Participation in the creation of project documentation and reports

Complete study of civil engineering, industrial engineering, utility technology or comparable qualification Alternative state-tested technicians or masters with corresponding professional experience High readiness and interest in the construction of infrastructure measures in the gas, water, electricity or heat sectors driving licence class B High communication and enforcement capability Self-employed and structured work Organisational skills and good time management Own initiative and willingness to take responsibility Enforcement and safe occurrence on construction sites Flexibility and resilience in the project everyday
