With your technical know-how, you can experience the perfect coffee experience for our customers in Düren region daily. How does your working day look as a service technician:in? ✓ You install coffee machines and water dispensers and take them into operation, including custom programming and individual settings ✓ You carry out maintenance work and analyze and troubleshoot our high-quality coffee machines at our business customers ✓ They accompany customers from assembly to the first beverage tasting in the Düren region ✓ They advise our customers with expertise on technical equipment, functions and services ✓ Ensure device safety according to applicable DIN standards and VDE guidelines ✓ You document the service operations digitally after completion

What should you bring in as a service technician? ✓ Completed training as an electrician:in, electronic:in, electrical skills for defined activities or comparable technical training ✓ Experience in technical customer service, service or handling white goods of advantage ✓ Valid driving class B for use in the Düren region ✓ Very good German knowledge and strong communication skills ✓ Service-oriented appearance and pleasure in direct contact with customers ✓ Self-employed and structured operation, reliability and loadability
