Music and / or Art Therapist Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. For the clinic for children's and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy (Director Meike Bottlender) we are looking for an music and/or art therapistin (starting and scope of employment by agreement). 54 beds are available in the clinic for the treatment of children and adolescents at 5 stations (a parent child, a children's station, two youth stations and a psychosomatic area) and 12 treatment sites in the daily clinic. The Institute's Office enables outpatient diagnosis and treatment of our patients. At the Karlsbad-Langensteinbach site we operate a co-operated transition collective and are cooperation partners of a therapeutic group for patients with Anorexia nervosa. We treat diseases from the entire spectrum of child and youth psychiatry. Psychotherapeutic approaches to behavioral therapeutic, deep-psychological and systemic approaches are used. Through the close cooperation and a consil and liaison service with the other specialist clinics and institutes of the Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe, we can offer a highly specialized diagnostics and treatment. .
