You lead and develop a team of 4 employees in the field of Plant Automation and promote a powerful team culture You develop and implement innovative automation and digitization solutions for our production plants You opt for production processes and increase efficiency, productivity and plant availability sustainably You conduct automation and investment projects from conception to successful commissioning Ensure maintenance, development and reliability of automated systems You use modern technologies such as AI, predictive maintenance and data-based analytics for process improvement You work closely with production, engineering, quality, supply chain and other stakeholders You promote continuous improvement processes and implement Lean and Operational Excellence Initiatives You are responsible for compliance with safety, quality and compliance standards in your area of responsibility You support the strategic development of the automation landscape and identify new optimization potentials You coordinate external service providers and ensure the successful implementation of technical projects and maintenance measures You support the introduction of new production lines and encourage the creation and maintenance of the necessary technical documentation and training documents

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification You have been able to gather several years of professional experience in the field of automation and in various industries and have already transferred best practices to various production environments You bring multi-year leadership experience and promote the professional and personal development of your team You have profound expertise in AI applications for industrial automation, such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, machine vision and data-based process optimization You have experience in the integration of AI-based solutions in industrial environments and in the use of production data from PLC, MES and similar systems You bring experience in lean and project management You convince by leadership, enforcement and team orientation You work structured, solution-oriented and take responsibility You have very good knowledge of German and English (word and writing) You have a valid work permit for the EU
