Successfully completed relevant vocational training and professional experience in the Secretariat area Professional experience in higher education or administration is desirable Handling common office programs and Internet applications Good German knowledge, English skills desirable Ready to use, reliability, flexibility and initiative Organisational skills, social competence and team skills
