You can help our customers by phone with advice and action The incoming inquiries and orders of our customers and external service staff will be handled independently in our ERP system Your daily tasks include data management and maintenance in the CRM system As a link between our customers, the team Germany/Switzerland and the headquarters in France, you are an important part for smooth customer management (order processing, receivable management, etc.)

High customer and service orientation Very good knowledge of German and French in word and writing Structured and organized independent working Strongly pronounced measure of self-initiative, self-confidence, openness, commitment and team capacity Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) Ideally, you have a first professional experience in the B2B sales service (even cross-comers from the hotels and tourism sectors)
