GIS Specialist Network Documentation (a*)

You take responsibility for the digital collection and documentation of the power, gas, hydrogen and LWL supply networks in the network information system (NIS). The quality assurance of the network documentation in the NIS/GIS as well as the examination of all incoming documents, such as network changes, survey data and recording diagrams, according to surveying aspects, are also part of your task. You are responsible for the creation and updating of special documentation for specialist areas, authorities and foreign companies as well as for the development and adaptation of specialist guidelines for network documentation. In addition, you actively work in specialist working circles and introduce your expertise to increase the quality and efficiency in network documentation.

You have completed training as a geomatician (a), survey engineer (a), technical designer (a) or structural designer (a) or have acquired a comparable qualification. Practical experience in the collection and processing of geodata in network and geoinformation systems will help you. You have an electrotechnical understanding as well as good knowledge in handling the MS Office package. Your strong team skills and communication skills enable a successful team collaboration. In addition, you are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative, commitment and sense of responsibility.
