To strengthen our team we are looking for a location in Apolda Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d)

You control and monitor finished products, raw materials and packaging materials and are responsible for specification management. You carry out physical, microbiological, chemical and sensory analyses, prepare samples for shipping and ensure that the results are properly documented. You are responsible for planning and carrying out training. You are co-responsible for the preparation, accompaniment and preparation of audits.
