You don't just want to understand Employer Branding, you want to actively shape it? Then you're right with us! We are looking for motivated working students: who support our account management in exciting projects in the field of personal marketing & Employer branding – and who want to gain a lot of practical experience.

In coordination between customers, creative teams and strategic advice, you take responsibility for individual tasks You support the preparation and organization of customer and project dates When creating presentations, briefings and reporting, you are actively involved Research and content help you develop a deep understanding of employer branding Together with experienced colleagues: you accompany exciting projects – from idea to implementation

Eagerness, initiative and the ability to work quickly into new topics An ongoing study, ideally in marketing, BWL, communication or media You are ideally already in the third or higher semester of your studies Interest in HR topics and fun in Employer Branding First experiences in project management or HR – for example through internships or side jobs – are a plus Affinity for AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney or Automation Tools Safe handling of MS Office as well as good German language skills Team skills and organizational talent complete your profile
