As an expert (m/w/d) in tax statistics, you are driving decisive publications of statistics. Your area: Service bundle Education, Justice & Finance Tax statistics produce results on various topics such as income, revenues, economic structures, inheritances or pensions on the basis of financial management data. The data from ten tax statistics in the country of NRW are in demand for policy, administration, research and public interest. We are a team of 12 colleagues with responsibility for special tax statistics. We are looking for an expert who focuses on the publication page across statistics.

Your main activity: You carry out statistical analyses on data of tax statistics, including across statistics. Based on the existing data, You develop their own ideas on publications and topics and implement them. You are involved in the creation of publications of tax statistics in various or extensive formats such as press releases, maps, dashboards, StoryMaps etc. You are in regular exchange with various colleagues.

Your task also includes: You shall, if necessary, support the production of statistics on the ‘resource allocations’ and the ‘statistics in the detection procedure’. Get to know the importance of the specialist application and the entire production process.

You bring with them: Completion of Higher Education or Bachelor Programs in Statistics, Social/ Economic/Media Sciences or a Comparative Degree Enhanced practical experience in SAS, R or comparable statistical evaluation software Know-how in the field of text creation, data management and ideally in the publication Knowledge of statistical methods and procedures Secure German (in Word and Writing) Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Good in understanding relationships Secure and open communication
