Buyer / Project Buyer for Construction Services/Subcontractor Services (m/f/d)

Managing project purchase & shaping partnerships You are responsible for the project purchase of construction services and control post-contracting services throughout the entire procurement process. You ask services independently, evaluate offers, compare them well-founded and create a resilient basis for decision You negotiate construction and services together with the project management, provide services in a budget-oriented manner and ensure economic results You create work contracts, check content carefully and ensure a clean contractual basis You build our supplier network in a targeted manner, maintain existing partnerships and continuously monitor the market You exchange across the company and visit partner companies as well as projects on site if necessary

Technically versed & practical experience You have completed their studies in civil engineering, economic engineering, in the business sector or in a comparable course of studies – as an alternative to a technical training with reference to the construction work You bring several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the construction industry, and know very well the after-contracting and supplier market You are currently working as buyers, project buyers, lead buyers, contract engineers, technical or strategic buyers – or come from the building and/or Project management with sound procurement practice You have very good knowledge of contracting (VOB/B) and have experience in the conclusion of works and services contracts You combine technical understanding with convincing communication and negotiation strength You work structured and responsible and keep costs, quality and appointments safe in mind
