To strengthen the team, we are looking for a strategic buyer (m/w/d) with a focus on raw materials and packaging materials. The position is aimed at individuals who see their strengths in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, in supplier management and in the negotiation of contracts and conditions. The focus of this function is clearly in the strategic purchasing and sustainable development of the product groups responsible. Strategic responsibility for selected product groups, in particular for auxiliary substances Implementation of national and international tenders as well as analysis and assessment of procurement markets and ensuring optimal purchasing conditions taking into account quality, security of supply and economy Responsible negotiation of prices, conditions and framework agreements with national and international suppliers Identification, qualification and development of new suppliers as well as the development of existing supplier relationships as well as initiation and implementation of projects for standardization, concentrating and sustainable optimization of procurement processes Participation in the continuous development of purchasing strategy and procurement processes

Successfully completed commercial or technical training with corresponding further training or a study with technical or business focus Professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally related to the product groups marinades, spices, spice mixtures, oils and other production-relevant raw materials Knowledge of product group management and a good understanding of different raw materials and procurement markets Outstanding negotiating competence, enforcement strength and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as profound experience in the management of price, contract and contract negotiations Negotiation security, enforcement ability and a sovereign appearance at eye level with suppliers Structured, analytical and target-oriented mode of operation (especially in an environment with high dynamics and short reaction times) and a pronounced communication capability in German and English
