Professional and disciplinary leadership of a 10-person team of design engineers and technicians for design and execution planning of the infrastructure of wind farms (cable routes, access roads, crane areas, special designs) Working up and developing staff Analysis of technical and economic implementation in the acquisition phase in close cooperation with the project teams. Tendering, testing and awarding of infrastructure work Coordination and communication with internal and external interfaces throughout the entire project phase.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, renewable energies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in leadership, ideally in the field of renewable energies (wind and photovoltaic free space) Very good knowledge of German and good English. Methodology competence, empathy, commitment, enthusiasm and pragmatism
