Strategic AI business development and project acquisition to expand our AI business in the federal administration Design and coordination of AI solutions for complex customer requirements Advising existing and new customers as Trusted Advisor in the development and introduction of complex AI solutions Project management for AI projects in the federal administration Responsibility for planning, management and processing of complex tenders and offers as well as control of internal and external resources Management of interdisciplinary teams and taking responsibility for the development of employees Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

Complete study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree programme Multiannual experience in business development and detectable acquisition successes Multiannual experience in managing and controlling IT-insb. AI projects after waterfall and agile Multiannual experience in federal administration, ideally with relevant network Extensive knowledge in AI and ideally GenAI, practical AI development experience is desirable Economic thinking and action, high customer orientation, willingness to use and self-initiative Experience in the analysis, documentation and coordination of requirements and customer needs Experience in consulting and consulting IT services Embossed team player skills, diplomatic skills and high persuasion willingness to undergo a safety review according to SÜG as well as fluent German (C2) and good English knowledge (C1) in word and writing
