Focus on sprinkler technology / fire extinguishing systems / fire protection

As a specialist building manager (m/w/d) with the focus on sprinkler technology / fire extinguishing systems, you play a key role in the implementation of safety systems in our turnkey industrial and commercial properties. They ensure that buildings not only work – but also protect them seriously. Your tasks – safety-relevant, versatile, responsible

Special knowledge: They are responsible for the technical construction of the plants of sprinkler technology and fire extinguishing systems. Safety and quality in mind: You monitor the implementation at the construction site – focusing on quality, time, costs and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. VdS, DIN EN 12845) Technical know-how in the award: They accompany the tendering and commissioning of after-contractors in the field of extinguishing technology Coordination and cooperation: They work closely with project and construction management, planning participants and followers – for a smooth construction process Transparency in billing: They support the precise technical accounting of services and contribute to economic project realization

(m/w/d) or studies in the field of supply technology, safety technology or a comparable subject

Knowledge and ideally professional experience in sprinkler/fire extinguishing systems

Experience in the construction process and knowledge in the VOB and relevant standards and guidelines in fire protection

Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with design-specific tools of advantage
