take responsibility for the management and development of the purchasing and logistics team you are responsible for the strategic planning and management of the purchase manage inventory management as well as risk management and advise in case of default risks and alternative sources of procurement define and monitor KPIs (cost, service level, delivery reliability, throughput times) you will take part in events Working closely with our sales, project management, production and financial accounting promote the professional development of your employees and give clear and constructive feedback on employee talks

have a successfully completed commercial training or study bring the multiannual relevant professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a leading function, can demonstrate deep knowledge in contract negotiations and supplier management have pronounced analytical skills, data orientation and experience with ERP environments in English and German who are open and collegial and promote sovereign cooperation in the company
