Control and further development of the global product portfolio Development and maintenance of a global product portfolio strategy to ensure market-oriented product solutions (including product roadmaps and pricing strategies) Responsibility for the entire product life cycle – from market analysis to product development to market launch and product termination Identification of market trends, customer needs and technological developments for deriving innovation potential in cooperation with the international organisation
Complete degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical training with additional economic qualification At least 5–7 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the pump, fluid technology or investment goods industry Experience in the leadership of international teams and in cooperation with interdisciplinary departments Knowledge of product strategy, market analysis and product development German and English knowledge in word and writing Intercultural competence International readiness
