Office and office organization: You manage the inbox and exit, coordinate dates & run the calendar. Time and file management: You set up mandate files, maintain the file inventory and monitor important deadlines and replenishments strictly. Client support: You are the first contact person on the phone and by e-mail, answer questions and communicate with courts and authorities. Accounting and Fee Law: You create cost and compensation bills, request advances and monitor payment receipts.

You are trained/professional employees and have first professional experience beyond training. Ideally, you have already worked with the AnNoText lawyer program we have used. You value a human coexistence with heart and mutual appreciation. You are particularly interested in the fields of medical, insurance and liability law. When juggling deadlines and appointments, keep your head cool. You edit routinely and independently edit a variety of mail inputs. You can demonstrate your craftsmanship in settlements and cost determinations after the RVG and the settlement of payment transactions.
