Become part of our team and shape the future with us: As responsible for our Service Center Glas in Laupheim, you are responsible for: Cooperation with our customers, the Saint-Gobain plants in Zary and Cologne, the warehouse and sequencing service provider and other important suppliers to ensure smooth storage processes Coordination of tasks and activities of the team of the storage and sequencing service provider Organisation and control of processes, ensuring timely deliveries and coordination of loading and unloading of products and materials Participation in logistics meetings and participation in continuous improvement measures SAP and warehouse management systems for tasks such as the creation of orders for service providers, labelling and processing of system processes (e.g. bookings, IDock ZPROBLEM) Monitoring and control of stocks of finished products, packaging and packaging materials, including notification of necessary repairs Organisation of annual inventory and quality checks Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and Saint-Gobain standards in all office and supplier activities Administration of office organization, including ordering materials for daily operation

Your profile: a successfully completed training in the field of supply chain or warehouse logistics with several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics High readiness, flexibility and ability to work under time pressure Cost-conscious thinking with focus on process optimization strong customer orientation and high communication capability as well as a high degree of autonomy and self-organisation Language knowledge: German for negotiation; good English - Polish is a plus Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as experience in handling warehouse management systems, preferably SAP
