Consultancy and support in all data protection matters and support of corresponding projects Information and consultation of all responsible persons Monitoring compliance with data protection requirements and support in optimizing data protection-relevant processes Responsible for inquiries from authorities, data protection Point of contact for the competent supervisory authority in matters of processing Cooperation with the competent supervisory authority Organisation and implementation of training and awareness measures Processing of notifications of breaches of the protection of personal data pursuant to Art. 33 and Art. 34 GDPR Advice and training of the company's data protection coordinators and cooperation with them Cooperation with the Brandenburg Medical School (MHB) and the UKV Hospitals

successfully completed studies of law, business management, medical/hospital management or comparable degrees relevant professional experience as data protection officer (m/w/d) desirable well-founded knowledge of the EU GDPR and legislation on data protection, especially for health care institutions Experience in operational data protection as well as good knowledge of the organisation of structures and procedures in healthcare institutions solution and practice-oriented operation strong communication strength, consulting skills and willingness to take responsibility high reliability and integrity, safe occurrence, analytical thinking, independent functioning friendly, service-oriented and diplomatic appearance high IT affinity and solution-oriented, pragmatic and systematic operation
