As a team leader of the SMD and THT equipment (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you take responsibility for the smooth running of our fully automated SMD equipment line and run your team independently. You take over the organization of the day-to-day business and the deployment planning of employees within the assembly department and ensure a smooth production process. You perform fault analyses and eliminate (outflow) disturbances. In addition, you support process optimization, perform employee training and continuously work on improving production processes. If necessary, You work together operatively from the setup process to parameterization and programming of the various machines to the AOI and are thus a visible and present team management.

You have completed technical training or have several years of professional experience in SMD equipment, electronics manufacturing and machine operation. You already bring leadership experience at team level (scientific leadership). You have a strong technical understanding and have craftsmanship and finger skills. You have very good soldering skills and have experience in handling test equipment. If you have experience with paste printers and mycronic systems, this is beneficial, but no need. You work structured, responsible and quality-oriented. You are team-ready, flexible and resilient. In German you communicate very safely in word and writing. .
