Projektinkaufer (m/w/d) Your duties Project-related Purchasing: Responsibility for project-related purchasing of follow-up and delivery services in the field of turnkey construction. Evaluation of offers and analysis of price levels for sound decision-making. Negotiation and conclusion of contracts: independent management of price and award negotiations, contract design and conclusion of contracts in close cooperation with the project team. Market observation and analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of the subcontractor and supplier market. Team-internal communication: intensive exchange within the department Purchasing. Developing and maintaining a network of suppliers: building up, developing and maintaining a powerful subcontractor and supplier network. Implementation of legal framework conditions: taking into account current legal framework conditions for contracts (VOB/B, HOAI, Contract Law) Support for other departments: Close coordination with the areas of costing, technology and project management Your profile Qualification: Completed civil engineering, economic engineering studies or comparable training with economic and/or technical backgrounds related to the building industry. Finded experience in purchasing preferably in turnkey construction. Contract law: Funded / Good knowledge in contract law (VOB, BGB), HOAI and ideally in BGB contract law. Technical competence: Safe handling of one of the common AVA programs, ideally RIB iTWO, SAP and the MS Office products. Working style and way of thinking: independent, structured and cooperative working style as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. Industry experience: Experience in purchasing post-contracting services or accompanying the procurement process by the project team is advantageous.
