Dispatcher Purchasing Parts (m/f/d)

Responsible for the disposition of foreign purchased parts, assemblies and services Creation and monitoring of orders to ensure a timely and quantitative availability of materials Identification and clarification of delivery bottlenecks incl. Introduction of the necessary measures to ensure an efficient and smooth supply chain Defining optimal order quantities and disposition procedures taking into account stocks, ranges and production planning Maintenance and further development of supplier relationships to ensure high reliability and independent implementation of delivery loyalty talks Conducting demand and consumption analyses for the continuous optimization of the MRP processes Proactive identification of risks in material supply and development of risk mitigation strategies Monitoring and minimisation of scrapping costs through targeted entry and exit control and setting an optimal transition date

Successfully completed commercial vocational training plus further education, ideally as a specialist (m/w/d) for purchasing and logistics Multiannual professional experience in a comparable task Application experience in handling ERP systems, in particular procurement module SAP (MM) desirable Safe handling of MS Office applications Analytical and Structured Operation Problem-solving and process-oriented thinking and action High loadability, very good team and communication skills and sovereign appearance
