Advise our areas of expertise on legal issues, including banking law (in particular deposit business), advertising, data protection, outsourcing and money laundering prevention Analyze current case law and legislation, communicate the results to the affected teams well intelligibly and manage the necessary measures Ensure that our contract and document management is always up to date Join the transformation of our legal department, in which you actively participate in initiatives to optimize our processes and implement digitalization measures. Accompany proactive projects with the aim of exploiting opportunities and avoiding or reducing risks

Successful degree in economic law (LL.M., LL.B.) or law (first state exam) first professional experience in the legal or compliance department of a company and/or a firm desirable; Senior Consultant (m/w/d) with first experiences (e.g. from internships) are also welcome Embossed IT affinity, very good process understanding and willingness to actively participate in process optimization and digitization initiatives Very good economic understanding and the ability to capture operational processes and technical relationships Careful, structured and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
