Your working day at Brüggen: You actively support our IT operations team in day-to-day business and take on versatile tasks Management, maintenance and regular updates of Windows end devices via Intune are your main tasks When you roll out new hardware, you can play directly on site - from notebooks to peripherals You take over the configuration and commissioning of phones as part of our cloud telephony The maintenance and updating of user, device and system data is your responsibility In the Microsoft-365 environment, you support administrative tasks such as user accounts, groups and configurations Careful documentation and your collaboration on the continuous optimization of our IT processes complete your task profile

That's what distinguishes you: You are in an ongoing study in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject Interest in IT operations, modern workplace concepts and cloud technologies Basic understanding of Windows clients, IT hardware and user management A structured, careful and independent way of working Teamability, reliability and good German skills complete your profile
