As Revenue Enablement Manager (m/w/d) with strategic focus, you work at the interface between Commercial Enablement, Commercial Solutions, Product Marketing and Sales & Service. Your goal is not only to support our sales and service organization, but to further develop it conceptually and analytically. Your focus is on analysis, strategy work and management-enabled Deliverables. Your tasks Strategic enablement: Development of concepts that strengthen our Revenue organization in the long term (e.g. new Go-to-Market approaches, pricing and product initiatives).
Analysis & Insights: Creation of business cases, market and sales analyses and KPI reports to support commercial and management decisions.
Management Reporting: Processing of complex content in award-winning presentations & documents for board, shareholder and international stakeholders.
Project work: cooperation and subproject management in commercial initiatives with high relevance for growth and efficiency enhancement.
Interface Management: Close cooperation with Commercial Solutions, Strategy, Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to implement concepts.
Your profile: Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of business, strategy, finance or consulting
At least 3 years of professional experience in a strategic environment – e.g. corporate advice or inhouse strategy/commercial solutions
Very good MS Office Skills (Excel & PowerPoint) to create data analytics, business cases and top management presentations
Analytical strength, conceptual thinking and ability to break down complex facts to the essential
Communicatively strong, structured functioning, high self-initiative
Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
