This is what awaits you:

• Support of the Upper Medical Secretariat by independent processing of telephone and written requests from patients, doctors, insurance companies and other internal and external agents

• Administrative organization preparation and examination of the private settlement for Unimed

• Recipe printing for billing

• Representation in the Chief Medical Secretariat

Take this with you:

• A completed training for the medical specialist (MFA) or in the administration or Office area

• Interest in medical issues

• Service-oriented communication and sensitivity in dealing with patients

• Safe handling of current MS Office applications, electronic documentation management systems and ORBIS (required)

• Secure telephone and written communication skills
