We are looking for an ergotherapeuten / an ergotherapeuten for our location in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf (m/w/d) Persons with special educational barriers have little chance of being integrated on the regular labour market without specific assistance. A long-term, individual and solution-oriented integration approach is intended to achieve professional integration into the first labour market or into a training relationship. The participants are already prepared for everyday work in the context of the projects and can acquire corresponding qualifications. Combined with social education, self-esteem and self-employment are strengthened. The duration of this support depends on the respective personal requirement. At around 130 locations, the SBH Nordost is committed to contemporary education. Our offers range from early childhood pedagogy to career orientation to vocational education and training. You support us with: Elimination of mediation barriers by ergotherapeutic individual and group work with participants Support in the organisation of relevant offers to increase mobility and flexibility Improving lifelong skills Participation in the creation of individual results reports Planning and implementation of individual ergonomic offers Protection of individual ergotherapeutic care Support in the creation of individual development plans Cooperation with social pedagogues as well as professional and integration attendees and project management

You have a completed training as an ergotherapist. Experience in the field of occupational rehabilitation is desirable Interested in accompaniment of rehabilitators of occupational rehabilitation You are committed, sensitive and responsible. You have joy in dealing with young people. You can work independently, are flexible and are happy to work in the team. You have basic PC skills.
