Projektmanager (m/w/d) You lead production, logistics and technology and are responsible for the smooth running of all production processes. This ensures the quality, safety and hygiene standards according to HACCP and IFS specifications You lead and develop dedicated and motivated teams and act as a central communication interface You will develop and implement strategic measures to increase efficiency, keeping track of current technological developments You actively promote the use of new technologies and automation solutions to continuously improve the efficiency indicators and to ensure the competitiveness of our site You will report directly to the management in your function

Completed studies in food technology, engineering or a comparable qualification Experience as a production and/or operation manager, ideally in the food industry A good feeling for people, experience in change management, clear communication and the ability to keep quiet, binding and decision-making even in challenging situations. A structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoying understanding, improving and developing structures that have grown responsibly. Sovereignty in dealing with numbers, processes and key figures – combined with the ability to derive concrete, implementable measures from them.
