Your tasks -- Designing education, accompanying development:

• They create stimulating educational spaces and accompany learning processes in the daily routine, on excursions or in projects
• Each child perceives, observes and documents child development with his own situation and personality
• Targeted educational offers will help you to achieve age-appropriate and individual
• In reconciliation and development talks as well as at events, you go open, respectful and stimulating in dialogue with families
• On projects, team meetings and specialist days, you can actively contribute your strengths

Your profile -- expertise meets heart:

(m/w/d), childhood education (m/w/d) or social education (m/w/d)

• Knowledge of the Hessian Education and Education Plan as well as contemporary pedagogical work with children between 0 and 10 years
• German knowledge ideally at level C1 (GER), at least B2 with willingness to further develop through targeted language courses
• Passion for work with children and families as well as pleasure in team work
• Open-minded, empathic and organizationally strong personality with real design will
