for an outdoor residential group in Pappenheim (stationary housing) attached to the house Altmühltal.

Your duties

• Head of a stationary residential area
• Implementation or participation in the implementation and further development of the technical concept
• Nursing and household activities

Your conditions

• A completed training as a curative nursein, educatorin, social pedagogue*in or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience, ideally in leadership or responsible function
• Standing for staff management
• Ability to define structures and win colleagues for them
• They live a communicative culture and strengthen colleagues in action and shape the attitude in the living area through anticipation
• Joy and interest in work with people with disabilities
• Loyality towards church and deacons
