You are an engineer, bachelor, master, or state-tested technician in building technology / electrical engineering You have several years of professional experience and leadership experience You have knowledge of the relevant rules They are characterized by a good understanding to analyse and resolve technical challenges They have good computer skills (MS-Office, CAFM systems) They show commitment, team skills and service orientation You have the willingness to participate in continuing and continuing training You have a class B licence
