The acquisition and development of electronic and printed media. The tasks include: Ordering: Pre-accession and appointment of electronic and printed works Account management: Electronic invoice processing and communication with suppliers and publishers Catalogization: Formal and content development using external data E-Resource Management: Management and Care of E-Book Collections in the Library System Process development: further development of workflows in the field of media processing Access service: Takeover of loan and information services Library structure: Participation in building a university library

Qualification: Successfully completed studies in the area of library and information (Bachelor, Diploma) Regulatory knowledge: Very good knowledge of library rules (RDA) and data formats (MARC21) System experience: Funded knowledge and practical experience with library management systems Development competence: experience in the application of classification systems and development vocabulary Number affinity: Good understanding of figures IT competence: application-related IT skills and safe handling of office applications (especially MS Excel) Responsibility: Structured, reliable and resilient operation Social competence: team skills, commitment and strong customer orientation Interest in medicine Language knowledge: flowing German and good English skills
