Creation, supervision and adaptation of building passports both for existing buildings and for the participation of new buildings Compilation, visibility, structuring and evaluation of relevant information on the building (building history, floor plans, deficiencies descriptions, expert reports, maintenance and test reports, measures and cost estimates, energy consumption data) compilation of the result documentation based on building and/or building segment-harp object insert letters, plant lists and photo documentation for all building parts and external installations associated with the building, plausibility check of the results of the recipients and seperate identification of the safety-relevant measures Assessment and prioritization of the conditions of the individual components and cost estimation of the need for rehabilitation and exchange Creation of a life cycle cost assessment for the longer term forecast regardless of the immediate urgent measures for the years 8–25 for all the essential components of the building envelope, the central building technology and the dominant building and building equipment features/ objects including statistical calculation of renewal investments based on the BKI depending on the type of building, expansion standards and years of construction using our data already collected Documentation of the life cycle assessment based on object sharpness and cross-sectoral graphic and tabular medium outflow planning for the result horizon 1–25 years Definition of the necessary short- to medium-term necessary repair or repair Restoration/renewal measures (result horizon 1–7 years) for the aforementioned states 2–4 incl. Growing cost estimate taking into account structural dependencies, current regulations and regulations, current EU regulations and directives as well as the sustainability requirements of the city of Norderstedt
