Your duties Working with the design and documentation of billing prices within the Group, also in the international environment. This includes data collection and processing for various tax documentation. They actively support many topics related to contract management and bring your own ideas together. Data management in our Group database e.g. the review of all compliance officers and the uploading of the respective appointment letters also belong to your area of responsibility. They conduct independent compliance checks for representative contracts. Support in the organisation of compliance training and, if necessary, in further governance topics completes your tasks. Your profile They are an immatricated student in a higher semester of an economic or legal degree course with a commercial background. They bring a strong interest in governance issues such as e.g. compliance, internal control system, risk management and taxes and could at best gain first practical experience in one of the areas. In dealing with the current MS Office modules (especially Excel), you are routined and bring a general affinity to programs and tools. We require very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing. You can organize and structure yourself well in your work. In addition, your personal strengths include your accuracy and strong team skills.
