As Project Manager (m/w/d) – Focus on Object Monitoring / Construction Management in Cologne, you take over your own projects in the planning and implementation phase. You will continue to develop and grow step by step into more responsibility. The main focus of the project is commercial and public buildings. Individually responsible control of construction projects over all HOAI performance phases (1–9) with a focus on execution (LPH 6–8) Object monitoring on site with focus on quality, dates and costs Coordination and management of specialist planners, executive companies and project participants Organisation and management of construction meetings Ensuring the implementation of the contract according to VOB Participation and professional support in the planning phases (LPH 1–5) Tendering, procurement and technical clarification (LPH 6–7) Close coordination with builders, authorities and internal project teams This is what we do in Cologne We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) – focus on object monitoring / construction management, understands planning and execution which acts safely on the construction site, but can also think in a plane takes responsibility and actively manages projects remains pragmatic and finds solutions that fits into our team: clear, collegial and reliable

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering At least 8 years of professional experience in planning and/or construction management Experience in object monitoring and sound understanding of planning processes Ideally several years of practical experience in planning (e.g. design, execution planning) Safe handling of HOAI (LPH 1–9) and good knowledge of VOB Ability to capture and accompany projects from planning to execution Structured, enforceable and solution-oriented operation Sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis clients and project participants driving licence class B Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
