Kitchen Assistance (m/f/d)

Küchshilfe (w/m/d) as a temporary support for our Team 

in parttime (26 hours per week)

The handicrafts firm fecit is a recognized workshop for disabled people (WfbM) and promotes their professional and social integration. Under the extended roof of the WfbM, a day support facility is also set up. The workshop is held in a free institution and works on the foundations of anthroposophically oriented social therapy in the art and crafts.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of food e.g. brush and peel vegetables
• Salad and salad sauce preparation
• Preparation of desserts and their portioning
• Eating
• Help in carrying out in-house markets
• compliance with food, hygiene, safety and implementation

self-control

• basic and maintenance cleaning throughout the kitchen area

We would like a staff member with:

• Completed vocational training in the field of gastronomy or kitchen
• Alternatively available professional experience from the field of gastronomy or kitchen
• Knowledge of working and hygiene regulations
• independent operation
