Leadership & team development Technical and disciplinary management of the project managers in the Bridge Modernisation team Further development of employees Design and development of efficient structures, standards and processes Participation in digital and methodical innovations (e.g. BIM)

Project management, project and portfolio management Control of expansion and conservation measures focusing on bridge modernisation Coordination and cooperation with departments, bridge experts, engineering offices and external partners Stakeholder management, communication and coordination with authorities, municipalities and political actors

Completioned scientific university studies (Master/ Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) in civil engineering with a focus on road planning or similar suitability acquired by professional experience. Multiannual experience in infrastructure, bridge or engineering project management including the corresponding phases of performance Multiannual project-related professional leadership experience Knowledge of relevant rules for the planning of infrastructure measures and readiness for deepened integration (e.g. FstrG, RAA, StraKR, VgV and others) German language skills

That would be desirable Experience in handling authorities BIM experience Project management certification (GPM/IPMA/PMI)

Payment group: EC 14 The remuneration is carried out according to the above-mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car.
