You will advise customers on requests according to the guidelines for the customer service center You can independently process performance and insurance questions, both telephone and digital inquiries You answer and process customer requests for professional and technical support for digital services (e.g. electronic patient records) You are responsible for further assistance and solutions for customer requests that cannot be finally solved in the customer service center You hold and win members as part of customer contact You are responsible for interface and network management, including the transfer of quality improvement measures to various SBK functions
