We are a small, family team in financial accounting and are looking for a reliable and independent account holder (m/w/d) to support. Account Manager (m/w/d) Location Leinfelden, full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours)

Self-employed creation of monthly, & quarterly accounts and support for the annual accounts according to HGB Conting and accounting of all current operations in debitor, creditor, asset and property accounting Ensuring and monitoring a timely payment and effective reminding Contact person for tax advisors, auditors and financial authorities Optimization of workflows, in particular with regard to digitalization Supporting the controlling in evaluations and reports as well as in budget planning

Completed commercial training with further training to the account holder or an economic study or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position Embossed hands-on mentality and team skills High readiness, reliability and schedule Very good knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. Navision, SAP or comparable systems) Good Excel knowledge Very good German knowledge and good English skills
