You calculate independently challenging projects in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitation and climate, including testing of tender documents You evaluate customer requests and advise the management when selecting the HLSK projects to be processed You are a contact person for our customers in the offer phase and assists in technical queries You will develop offer variants and special suggestions in cooperation with work preparation and project management You participate in contract negotiations with the management and project management You are reviewing contracts with regard to the agreed electrotechnical services, unit prices, discounts and technical specifications

You have successfully completed a degree in building technology or a comparable qualification, for example as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d), You have experience in supply technology, ideally in costing and have knowledge in the execution of HLSK projects You are versed in dealing with a costing software, ideally RIB iTWO, as well as with the MS Office package, especially Excel Team and communication skills Flexibility and customer orientation Fun at coordinating complex processes
