Your area... ... keeps you clean and tidy, both inside the building and outside

• You take care of the wishes of our tenants and customers in the Rothenbaumchaussee property in Hamburg
• You make regular tours and document these, including counter readings
• You control and monitor the technical facilities
• Smaller repairs can be carried out independently and independently
• You document all further damages and log them to the appropriate location, e.g. to the object manager
• When you use foreign companies, you will help them, you coordinate the dates and accompany them on site
