Consultant Enterprise Strategy (m/w/d)

The position is possible exclusively in combination with a dual master. Here are our available study programs. Please inform you about the appropriate program before the first interview.

In the Master: 4 semesters including Master thesis

Accredited & accredited Master's degree from Reutlingen University

Lectures in the block model for optimal compatibility of Job & Study: 80% Job – 20% Master

Optimal combination of theoretical teaching content and practical application in the company

Premium Teaching by experienced professors and lecturers of HS Reutlingen as well as experts:

Optional foreign modules, e.g. in Paris or Helsinki

Small Course Groups & Case Studies for Individual and Practical Learning

Large network of Alumni and Kommiliton: indoors and events such as ski trips & barbecue facilities

Support and advice by the Knowledge Foundation team during the entire application and selection process as well as the study

In the job: Working with forward-looking projects & developing digital business strategies for exciting customers

Analyze business models, competition and markets of customers

Developing target images for digital transformation

deriving value-generating digital initiatives using user-centric methods

Evaluate initiatives based on solid business cases and performance indicators (KPIs)

Designing roadmaps for digital transformation and customer support along the planned initiatives

Bachelor degree in Business or Business Informatics with a grade average of at least. 2.5.

Level B2 (according to GER) according to the language classification of the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen

German level C1 (according to GER) according to the language set of the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen

First practical experience in the digital environment, e.g. through internships in technology companies, business consulting or start-ups

A structured approach and strong skills in strategic and analytical thinking

High interest in challenging and complex customer situations

Communication strength, empathy and professional appearance

Self-responsible work, high performance, team capacity and flexibility

readiness to travel
