For our business and process management in the control and production business unit, we are looking for one or one Business and Process Management (m/w/d)(Responsibility for Work Protection, Physical Security, Management)(S 2026-05/B7)What tasks do you expect? Advising Sparkassen on all issues related to Work/Health Protection, Physical Security, Organisation and Administration (e.g. real estate management, operational sustainability, cash logistics) Analysis and assessment of the requirements of our savings banks and based on them - taking into account the combined services and in cooperation with our affiliates - developing suitable, practical solutions Rollouts in Sparkassen incl. ongoing advice and support Supporting our savings banks in operational implementation through appropriate formats (e.g. training, exchange of experiences and individual consulting dates) Active cooperation in key projects and expert teams to develop strategic and operational solutions Representation of the Sparkassenverband in the project work of the Finance Informatics (leading for the administration) Central contact person for banking supervision, police, state criminal offices, providers of security solutions, banking specialist planners, thematic associations and legal accident insurance providers This is what distinguishes you: you bring a university degree in economics, economic informatics or a related field or a comparable degree, such as savings banks and/or Banking You have extensive expertise in the fields of occupational/health protection, physical safety, organisation and administration You are well familiar with the statutory provisions of the occupational/health protection and the regulatory requirements in the banking and savings banks environment It is up to you to understand challenging facts quickly, quickly and technically, and to design them up to the implementation level.
