Head of Controlling (m/f/d)

You conduct the Controlling property within the Controlling and Financial Management department both humanly and professionally and develop it strategically Your leadership tasks include the further development of the employees of your area You are responsible for the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, as well as the economic planning of VGF including analyses and report refunds You develop operational processes and systems leading and ensure their efficient application You specifically expand the existing key figures system and dashboards and create company and key figures analyses as well as further evaluations related to business You act as an interface to the decentralised parties Statements regarding external enquiries and the creation of management and supervisory board templates are subject to your responsibility

You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor/Master) with the focus on controlling or comparable training You have several years of professional experience in controlling and can ideally provide first leadership experience You have the ability to motivate employees sustainably You think analytically and have pronounced economic judgment You bring a strong communication, cooperation and team skills You conduct negotiations safely and in a result-oriented manner You are open to social, social and legal developments and change and innovation processes A safe, routined approach to popular MS Office programs and experience with SAP complete your profile
