Overall project manager for building construction and general planning projects (m/f/d)

Project management: You are responsible for building and general planning projects and successfully lead them to the goal. In doing so, you ensure compliance with contractual, legal and technical requirements, recognise risks at an early stage and represent the project interests sovereign. Cross-site leadership: You control interdisciplinary projects, coordinate all project participants and are a key player for customers, partners and stakeholders. Efficiency: You conduct projects economically to success and always keeps in mind quality, dates, project objectives and profitability. Customer management: The existing customer relationships and supports the acquisition of new project orders

Qualification: You have a successfully completed university degree in Architecture or a comparable degree as an engineer (m/w/d) Competence: You have a well-founded knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, LBO and the relevant technical guidelines, regulations and laws. Methodology competence: You use modern project management and planning methods and promote efficient digital cooperation in the project team. Professional experience: You have at least 8 years of professional experience and have already implemented self-responsible construction projects in a leading role, for private and/or public builders. Ideally, you have experience in managing general planning projects and coordinating different disciplines. Working & Personality: You convince by decision-making, communication strength and a safe occurrence. You work independently, target-oriented and keep an overview even in complex project situations.
