Do you want to make the energy transition real? As a construction manager/construction manager (w/d/m), you are responsible for ensuring that our battery storage systems are built safely, on time and in the highest quality. You are the central contact person at the construction site and make sure that real energy infrastructure is created from planning.

Your responsibilities: Responsibility of the complete construction phase of BESS projects (Civil Works, Foundations, Buildings, Containers, Mounting) Coordination and management of construction companies, installers and contractors at the construction site Monitoring of dates, progress of construction, quality, work safety and environmental requirements Ensuring compliance with permits, construction plans, technical specifications and HSE requirements Close coordination with Project Director, Engineering and Suppliers to implement project requirements Implementation of construction site meetings, acceptances and progress controls Documentation of the progress of construction and support in deficiencies management and handover to commissioning Identification of structural risks and early escalation of deviations

That's what you bring: Complete studies in civil engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual experience in construction management / construction monitoring of industrial, energy or infrastructure projects Very good understanding of construction sites, construction contracts and execution details Experience in cooperation with subcontractors and external construction partners Enforcement, pragmatic and solution-oriented High safety and quality awareness Ready for regular construction sites Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (forced required)
