Business Requirement Engineer - Life Insurance (m/f/d)

Strengthen the IT side of our life insurance business at AXA Group AG in Cologne. Our Protection & Savings Tribe (PST) aims to provide our customers and sales partners with an attractive product range and at the same time optimally serve our internal service and operational areas. We support our growth ambitions in the life insurance business.

You identify and evaluate adaptation needs in the Life Factory application system and initiate and accompany their implementation As a central contact:in you are responsible for the determination, documentation and management of requirements and act as an interface between stakeholders, the service provider msg and our developer teams You coordinate the implementation of requirements - from strategic planning to regular reporting to quality assurance and timely implementation Test cases are planned and you will begin independently, perform comprehensive tests and thus ensure the quality of the software In case of errors, you analyze causes, support the developer teams in troubleshooting and communicate solution-oriented with the participants The planning of patches as well as the coordination of implementation times in cooperation with other tribe squads are also part of your responsibility In interdisciplinary teams, you actively work with developers:inside, specialist:inside, project managers:inside, test managers:inside and architect:inside

You bring experience in life insurance, ideally in IT, with You have completed your studies in the field of insurance, (economic) informatics, insurance and similar qualifications You have experience in Requirement Engineering or Business Analysis and are familiar with agile methods and procedures Ideally, you are familiar with the creation of Delta specialist concepts and the handling of definition data (Def data). Analytical thinking, strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as a structured, proactive way of working are among your strengths You like to work in the team, are highly motivated and can convey complex facts clearly and understandably New technologies inspire you and you want to develop yourself professionally and personally Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as basic English skills complete your profile
