Economic and technical responsibility for all rental and marketing processes for a defined real estate portfolio Responsibility for the performance of property management in line with the deadline, quality and budget, including the monitoring of central rent accounting Control of the technical property management with CAPEX measures, assessment and voting of rent-growing buildings, renovations etc. Budget planning, reporting and reporting Rental contract management in cooperation with our legal department

Successfully completed studies with property focus or property-specific training with additional qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate and asset management / property management Business thinking and acting Very good market knowledge and negotiating strength Result-oriented and self-responsible operation and a safe occurrence High readiness, loadability and flexibility Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
